SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver anywhere in the world and try to dispatch the same day if the order is received by 15.00 hrs GMT. We will contact you if we anticipate any delay or if there is any query with your order. All orders are sent 1st class by Royal Mail. UK orders usually arrive the next day and Europe takes about 3 working days and the USA and Australia/NZ about 5 working days.
We try our very best not to overpack our products, with the aim of orders fitting through the letterbox and being recyclable. We know how annoying it is if you work or have popped out to have to go searching for your order at the sorting office during inconvient hours. However.... we are also aware that too minimalist packaging may not look great if the item is being
presented as a gift. We have therefore enclosed a self assembly gift tube - see pics below. Please make sure you tick the box on your order form to get it FREE!

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000).
If you wish to return your purchase(s), please let us know by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned at your expense, within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged condition suitable for resale. We strongly recommend that you obtain receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage.
If the error is ours (for example in the case of faulty goods or goods not as described), we will also refund return shipping. Your refund will be processed by the same method as your original payment once the goods have been received by us.
