Make sure all the user name and password are written in lower case. Make sure it is entered correctly.

How do I open the Tonertex Videos zip file I have downloaded?
You will need to download Stuffit Expander which is FREE software. Download the file from the links below, install and restart your computer. Make sure the Tonertex Video download has finished before restarting. This can take up to 45 minutes on some computers.

What program do I use to watch the Tonertex Videos?
Tonertex videos are in Quicktime format. If you are mac user you will have Quicktime installed, but for PC users you will have to download it from the link below:

I have downloaded Quicktime and the video still will not play. What can I do?
If for any reason Quicktime does not work on your computer, you can download the FREE VLC player below:

When I open the file it says it is corrupted or says file cannot be opened/ What can I do?
If the Video file does not play after downloading both players, put the files in the trash and go back to: http://www.tonertex.com/pages/watch_dvd.html and click again on WATCH DVD.
